Orders submitted on our website are directed to PayPal for processing. We have no access to your credit card data. We use FACTS school management system for many management functions including application, enrollment, tuition payment and lunch account deposit. Any link on the whitinsvillechristian.org website to the FACTS portal will direct the user away from the whitinsvillechristian.org website to the FACTS website. FACTS hosts any personal and payment data on their servers and users should read the FACTS Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for a complete understanding of what data are saved and how that data is stored and utilized.
FAMILYID
We use the FamilyID system to manage athletics registration for the Whitinsville Christian Middle School and Whitinsville Christian High School athletic programs. Any link on the whitinsvillechristian.org website to the FamilyID portal will direct the user away from the whitinsvillechristian.org website to the FamilyID website. FamilyID hosts any personal and payment data on their servers and users should read the Family ID Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for a complete understanding of what data are saved and how that data is stored and utilized.
CONSENT
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the student and/ or parent depending on the circumstances and the student’s mental ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.

Servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. Under no circumstances are credit card numbers permanently stored on our website servers.
NON-SECURED COMMUNICATIONS
Posts to discussion forums, discussion boards, comments to blogs, and Alumni Class Notes are viewable by other users. When these areas are not in a password protected area, they may be viewable by the general public. Please be aware of this when posting personal information in these areas.
