If you would like to be able to drive students for off campus WCS sponsored events (field trips, etc.), you can fill out this form.
A copy of your license and your insurance declaration page must be attached to the form. You must also have a CORI completed. Dawn LeFrancois at the elementary office can assist you with that form.
The driver form is optional, but you cannot drive without completing it. You can fill it out now to be prepared for driving or you can wait until an opportunity for driving is available. Please allow 5 days for CORI and form to be approved.
The completed form is valid for 3 years. If you already filled out the form last year, you do not need to fill it out again. If you aren’t sure, feel free to email sbowler@whitinsvillechristian.org and I will let you know.
