Application Process

We look forward to receiving your application to Whitinsville Christian School and assisting you in the Christian education of your children.

Please review the application timelines and process below, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our admissions staff with any questions. Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 academic year. Application Steps:

  • Create a FACTS account and submit an application
  • Complete grade-appropriate admissions test
  • Participate in a family meeting
  • Complete your enrollment

PLEASE NOTE: International Student Applications may not be submitted through the Online Application process. Please contact Dr. Erin Lowery-Corkran, Dean of Academic Support, at 508.372.3251 or international@whitinsvillechristian.org for further instructions.

The following timeline applies to the 2025/2026 academic year:

Early Application (October 1 – December 31)

  • Apply online with a reduced application fee ($100 application and testing fee is due upon submission of application).
  • Upon completion of the admission process and acceptance, your child’s placement is guaranteed.

(Please note: Kindergarten testing takes place in January)

 

Open Application (January 1 – May 15)

  • Apply online with a $150 application and testing fee due upon submission of application.

 

Summer Application (May 16 – August 1)

  • Summer applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Applications cannot be submitted online during this time period. Please reach out to Miranda Osterman, Director of Enrollment, at mosterman@whitinsvillechristian.org.
  • A $200 application and testing fee is due upon submission of application.
  • Once your entire application package* has been submitted and reviewed, applications will be evaluated with admissions decisions based on space available.

 

Mid-Year Transfers (During the Academic School Year)

  • Mid-year transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Apply online with a $250 application and testing fee due upon submission of application.
  • Once your entire application package* has been submitted and reviewed, applications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with admissions decisions based on space available.

 

*Complete application package includes:

  • Completed online application
  • Prior years’ report cards
  • Teacher recommendations
  • Pre-admission information request form
  • Copies of any IEP (Individualized Education Plan) or 504 accommodations in place for the student
  • Completion of admissions test
  • Scheduling of a student shadow day
